研究总院立足服务国家和集团战略发展，完善集团科技创新体系，坚持创新的核心地位，发挥战略研究、创新研究、协调服务的主要功能，形成“战略引领、创新支撑、服务辅助”内核，为集团战略规划提供决策保障，面向国际前沿开展前瞻性技术研究，扩大国际科技交流合作，形成具有全球竞争力的开放创新生态，以建设成世界领先的海洋工程技术创新研究基地、国家级漂浮工程技术研究中心或国家级漂浮结构试验室为目标，提升研究院的创新能力和市场竞争力。
The deeper offshore aquaculture technology involves applying offshore and marine technology to serve deep-sea aquaculture, enabling cross-domain development of marine technology.
Our team has the ability to make breakthroughs in offshore technology and is capable of providing technical services in the field like integrated joints, rapid prefabrication methods, prefabricated-construction artificial islands, and negative-buoyancy installations for marine-related projects.
